Shipping Policy

USPS Ground Standard Shipping expected 7-10 days for delivery.

Covers By KIC do not accept returns that have suffered physical damage during transit. All packages should be returned to a third-party shipper company.

The product is suggested for indoor use. If the product has been used outdoors, chewed by your pets, or similar, Cover By KIC will not replace it.
